How do we book the Villa?
If you would like to book the Villa please send an email to teascone7747@gmail.com with the dates that you would like; we will then send you a booking form, a copy of our booking conditions, and a credit card authorisation form for a US$300 security deposit. For UK guests would require a cheque for £200 security depositThis deposit blocks off the villa for your vacation and is also used as the security deposit. the CC authorisation will not be run unless there is an unsatisfactory departure check of the villa.8 weeks before your arrival we will require the total amount of the booking to be paid in full. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before you book. -
How do we get the access to the Villa?
As soon as full payment has been received we will email you the Windsor Hills address of the Villa. Access to the villa is by an electronic keypad; about two weeks before you arrive we will send you your code, along with other information, including a guest voucher to be handed to the main gate security officers. There is no need to visit a management office to pick up a key. -
What if we have a problem when we arrive?
We always check our Villa before guests arrive so we seldom come across situations like this. In the unfortunate event that you need to contact someone, you will find an information book in the property with the management companies details. -
Do we need to bring towels or linens?
No, the Villa has plenty towels in all bathrooms and beach towels in the laundry room. All we ask is that you take the beach towels to the pool and not the bath towels as we would prefer them to stay in the villa.All the beds have anti allergy duvets and spare linens for all the beds are in bedroom closet. -
Where can we wash clothes?
There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in the garage in the Villa. -
Is the Villa cleaned daily?
No, the Villa will only be cleaned for your arrival and then cleaned the day that you depart. This is a self catering villa so you would probably keep it clean and tidy as if you were in your own home. There will be a starter roll of toilet tissue and soap in each bathroom when you arrive, however, if you need to buy more during your vacation there are many supermarkets close by, and a small shop is located in Windsor Hills for your day to day needs. -
Can we cook in the Villa?
Yes, we have full kitchen facilities and have stocked the kitchen with many items…..its a bit like home from home really! -
How far are we from the clubhouse?
Our villa is about a 2 minute walk from the children’s playground and less than a 5 minute walk from the clubhouse – about 300 yards! -
Can we bring our pet animals with us?
We do not allow pets into our villa as we try to maintain an allergy free environment for all of our guests. -
Can we smoke in the villa?
The villa is a smoke free environment. We kindly ask all guests not to smoke in our villa, If you need to smoke please do so out on the lanai and use the ashtrays provided which are located under the kitchen sink. -
Is there a fence round the pool for small children?
We have a children’s safety fence around the pool and also have pool alarms on the patio doors, which can not be bypassed. The villa also has a high chair, stroller, travel cot and bed rails for our younger visitors. -
When the pool is heated what temperature will it be?
The pool will be heated to 87 degrees with the pool heater on, if it is cold overnight then the temperature may fall below this. If the weather falls below 55 degrees the pool heater will not work. It is advisable to cover the pool at night to keep in the heat during the colder months -
When would you recommend pool heat?
Pool heat will probably be required in the winter months…October – April -
How much is pool and spa heat?
Pool and Spa heat is $25 per day (£18.00) and the minimum that you can have it for is 3 days. It takes a minimum of 24 hours for the pool to heat up, so if it is required, please let us know at the time you book the villa. -
Do you have a BBQ?
No, we don’t have a BBQ at the property but you can order one with the management company when you arrive or at the time of your booking. It is against Florida law to have bbq’s in the pool area
