US$ rates available on request and dependent on exchange rates at time of enquiry.

Average High season rates are £175 per night.

Average Low season rates are £155 per night.

We charge a flat rate all year for pool/spa heat at at £18 a night ($25 per night) as an optional extra.

Rentals of less than 6 nights or less carry a £110 ($140) cleaning surcharge

Our quotation to you will be all INCLUSIVE of taxes and cleaning fees, etc.
